Elizabeth Way Sewer and Water Replacement

Description: This project is part of the replacement of the Grace neighborhood water and sewer mains. This project will replace undersized and aged water main and aged and obsolete sewer main in Elizabeth Way from Parsons Drive to Town and Country Drive. Upsizing the water mains will improve fire flow and reduce maintenance costs. Replacing older deteriorated VCP pipe reduces inflow and infiltration and reduces maintenance costs. Pavement will be reconstructed.

Current Activity for April 2019: Construction of underground work is complete. Remaining work includes: final roadway treatment and striping, and punchlist items. Roadway treatment work is dependent on weather conditions such as temperature, humidity, and rainfall. Consequently, project completion is estimated May 2019. Remaining work is anticipated to take approximately two weeks. Thank you for your patience.
