Description: To investigate what is suspected to be an old, unpermitted heating oil tank under the sidewalk in front of 650 4th Street. If it is a tank, then it will be abandoned under Fire Department oversight.

Current Activity {November 2017}: The tank has been abandoned and the excavation backfilled. This project will be complete after the sidewalk is repaired, which is scheduled for the first week of December 2017.
