Description:
This project will create a 99 acre mitigation bank for California tiger salamander (CTS) upland habitat, CTS breeding habitat, and vernal pool habitat. The project site is APN 060-020-001 in Sonoma County along the south side of Occidental Road between Hepworth Road and a vineyard. The project site is within the greater Kelly Farm property which is owned and operated by the City of Santa Rosa. The mitigation credits would be used for City Projects only, with emphasis placed on high priority and Subregional projects.
Winter-Spring 2026: This project is tentatively scheduled to advertise for bids approximately 3 months prior to the "Estimated Construction Schedule" begin date shown above. However, due to complications with permitting and Mitigation Bank approvals the schedule is in flux. |
