Accessibility Alterations at Howarth Park

Description: Remove, grade and construct concrete pathways at Howarth park for the purpose of compliance with accessibility standards. The proposed area of alteration includes: 1) Alterations to the loading area at the train station for an accessible train car. 2) The area around the Carousel. 3) An accessible route to the animal barn and pony rides. 4) A ramp system through the picnic area by the carousel.

Construction affect on park programs: Portions of the park under construction will be closed. Construction is expected to be completed in June.
