| Description: The roofing and insulation on the floating roofs (covers) on Digester Nos. 1 & 2 has reached the end of its service life. The roofing membrane will be replaced (excluding insulation) on Digester 1 this year and is intended to extend the life of the floating cover until a fixed cover can be installed in the future. | |
