Replacement of Water Services Outside Advisory Area

Estimated Construction Schedule: Slated to begin June, 2018 and is anticipated to be completed October, 2018.
Construction Contract Amount: $604,290

Description: This project will remove and replace the water services damaged by the Tubbs Fire with new 1 in. Polyvinyl Copper Services from the water main to the meter to properties located outside the Advisory Area.

Construction Update - September 21, 2018: Northern Pacific completed water service preplacement this past week at various locations on Parker Hill Road, Manor Park Place, Hanover Place and Bent Tree Place and began permanent trench paving on Newgate Ct and Wedgewood Way. The crews will continue advancing through the project as the water service lines are completed and returning to place permanent trench paving at water service replacement locations.
Please note the schedule can change with the Contractors level of progress but we will continue to update the locations of work and schedule weekly.
