Description: Installation of The Portland Loo, a 24-hour prefabricated single-occupant public restroom. The restroom will be installed in front of City Hall Annex at 90 Santa Rosa Avenue. Installation includes utility connections, foundation for the restroom and accessibility.

Punchlist Phase: Final punchlist items are underway. Although the restroom construction will be completed soon, the public opening is contingent on the Sonoma County public health order during the COVID-19 pandemic.
