Description:
This project will replace approx. 4,000 LF of water mains and 950 LF of sewer mains. Replacements are on Rock Creek Dr, Matanzas Way, Hahman Dr, Hoen Ave, Farmers Ln, and Montgomery High School campus. Minor storm drain improvements include replacement of valley gutters and a new storm drain catch basin at the intersection of Hahman Drive and Rock Creek Drive. Where multiple utility replacements are proposed, full-width road reconstruction will occur.
These pipes have reached the end of their useful life, with water pipes starting to leak and sewer pipes sagging and showing early signs of structural issues (as well as roots/infiltration).
