| Description: Replace existing non-rated bollards with traffic rated bollards at the intersection of 4th Street and Mendocino Ave and 3rd Street and Santa Rosa Ave to protect users of Courthouse Square from errant vehicles. This project will also replace curb ramps on the northeast and northwest corners of Fourth St and Mendocino Ave as well as make alterations to the curb ramp on the southwest corner of Fourth St and Courthouse Square West, in front of La Rosa Restaurant. | |
