| Description: The project includes a park master plan amendment, design, construction drawings, bid, and construction. The scope of the project will be based on the priorities of the community determined through the master plan. It is expected to include a centrally located children's play area and picnic area, a full-sized turf athletic field with lighting, updated basketball courts, a new restroom building, updated paths, parking, public art, a new irrigation system, site furnishings including waste receptacles, water fountains, bike racks, benches, picnic tables, lighting, two park monument signs, and reconstruction of the adjacent paved path including new concrete flatwork, lighting, site furnishings, landscaping, and a seamless transition between the trail and park. | |
