Capital Improvement Project

October 2025: This project was awarded to Argonaut Constructors of Santa Rosa. The construction of this project started on Monday, October 20, 2025 with a total duration of 30 workking days. We anticipate to complete the work by the end of November (weather permitting). The first order of work consist of all concrete work such as curb ramps, valley gutter at Vineyard Ct, and the new pedestrian pathway on South Ave to close the sidewalk gap, and this will take about three weeks. The last part of this project is to repair and overlay all street surfaces before the punch list, and this will take an additional one to two weeks to complete.

Project Limits:: W. Hearn Ave from the house #2029 to #2209. South Ave from West Ave to Dutton Ave. Vineyard Ct from South Ave to the end. A total of 4 curb ramps will be upgraded to the current ADA standards.
