Description: This project will rehabilitate various streets within the 2017 Roseland annexation area.

October 2025: This project is slated for construction in October 2025, but potentially in the spring of 2026 due to approaching rainy season and lower temperature factor. It has been awarded to Argonaut Constructior of Santa Rosa undergoing the contract review and execution process.

Project Limits:: W. Hearn Ave from the house #2029 to #2209. South Ave from West Ave to Dutton Ave. Vineyard Ct from South Ave to the end. A total of 4 curb ramps will be upgraded to the current ADA standards.
