Capital Improvement Project

March (Construction Update): March 2, 2026 marks the first day of the court renovation. DMR (Contractor) will begin by installing a temporary construction fencing around the entire tennis/pickleball courts area for the entire duration of the project that is slated for completion by June or July month depending on the manufacturing process of certain contract items of work. During the period of construction, all areas near the existing courts which will be fenced off are considered as off-limit to the general public 24/7. A few parking spots near the courts and within the park will also be fenced off from access for safety reasons. The normal construction hours are limited to between 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. During the construction hours, all construction vehicles will share the same entrance and exit routes with the normal park goers, so please be extra careful for being near an active construction site as either pedestrians or the motorist.
