Description: Install new water pump station within pressure zone 11 to provide backup water supply from zone 11 to zone 9 and to improve the water quality of both zones. The existing water supply for Zone 9 crosses the Roger's Creek Earthquake Fault. In the event of damage to the pipe cuased by an earthquake the westerly portion of zone 9 would likely be without water.

Additional News: 3-2-16 Public Meeting was held at 6 pm in room 7 at City Hall. It was well attended and the City received excellent input. The biggest concerns voiced were as follows: Potential noise, aesthetics (including impact on views), loss of community open space (which also may have influenced home purchase), impact on wildlife.
