2017 Fire Damaged Roadway Repairs

Description:
Repair Tubbs Fire pavement damage within the following roadway corridors.
1) Bicentennial Way - Cleveland Ave to Fountaingrove Pkwy On-ramp
2) Fountaingrove Pkwy - Mendocino Ave to Daybreak Ct
Current Status - 90% Design:: Currently, the project is in the Right of Way review phase by Caltrans. Caltrans is an oversight agency acting on behalf of Federal Highway Adminstration (FHWA) to which the partial funding of this project will be made by. We have experienced very extensive review time by Caltrans on similar project recently, and our best estimate for this project to begin construction would be this late Fall through the follow Fall of 2027 or maybe later depending on weather. Please keep in mind that it is only an estimate primary due to the situation is beyond the City's control. This information was updated as of 4/22/2026. |
