Description:
Slurry, asphalt cape seal, asphalt rubber cape seal and curb ramps for Oakmont City streets, includes dig-outs where needed and striping alterations for pedestrian access improvements. The street treatment applied will be based on the road condition.
Design-Builder selection in progress: The Request for Qualifications closed on July 14. Step 2 of the Design-Builder selection process is to invite prequalified Design-Build teams to participate in the Request for Proposals process. Step 2 is anticipated to be completed this fall. Following selection of an apparent best value Design-Builder, a recommendation to award a Design-Build contract will be presented to the City Council for their consideration in late fall 2026. |
