Description:
Slurry and asphalt rubber cape seal road treatments for public roads within Oakmont. The street treatment applied will be based on the road condition. Scope includes curb ramp replacement adjacent to roads receiving asphalt rubber cape seal treatment, dig-outs where needed and multimodal transportation improvements.
Design-Builder selection in progress: The Request for Qualifications closed on July 14. Step 2 of the Design-Builder selection process is to invite prequalified Design-Build teams to participate in the Request for Proposals process. Step 2 is anticipated to be completed this fall. Following selection of an apparent best value Design-Builder, a recommendation to award a Design-Build contract will be presented to the City Council for their consideration early 2027. |
