Permanent Fire Station 5 Rebuild

Description: The purpose of this project is to rebuild a permanent structure at a new location that will improve response times for the service area, to provide space for a larger facility that will support upstaffing during significant weather events and to serve as a forward command post during large emergencies and as a safe refuge for residents during an emergency. The anticipated schedule is as follows: Complete Environmental Documentation and Preliminary Engineering/Architectural Design by Fall 2021. Complete Design and Construction Documents by Fall 2022. Construction to begin by Spring 2023.
