Samuel Jones Hall, Water Station 4 and 13 Roof Replacements

Estimated Construction Schedule: Slated to begin October, 2019 and is anticipated to be completed December, 2019.
Construction Contract Amount: $1,686,960

Description: Roof Replacement at Sam Jones Hall (4020 Finley Ave.) Water Pump Station 4 (2260 Sonoma Ave.) And Water Pump Station 13 (801 White Oak Dr.) Work will also include rooftop HVAC replacement at Sam Jones Hall per a 2018 Facilities Condition Assessment.

Construction Expected to start the week of 9/23/19: Roof replacement of Sam Jones Hall (4020 Finley Ave.) is expected to start first. Access to the North-west parking lot of the building will be limited to only construction activity. Construction is expected to have minimal impact to the residents and the impacts are expected to remain within the hours of 8am to 5pm.
