| Description: This project will rehabilitate the Hopper Ave corridor between Coffey Ln and the Hwy 101 on ramp as a result of the damage caused by the 2017 Tubbs Fire. Improvements will include the addition of bike lanes, medians, landscape, pedestrian crossings, bulb outs a HAWK signal, utility realignment, sidewalk improvements, and new striping.
