Description:
This project will renovate the park and trail. The scope of the project is based on the priorities of the community determined through the master plan process, including a children's play area and picnic area, a full-sized turf athletic field with lighting, basketball court, futsal court, restrooms, pathways, public art, site furnishings including waste receptacles, water fountains, benches, picnic tables, lighting, park monument signs, reconstruction of the adjacent paved path including new paving and lighting, and raised crosswalks at Milton and Frazier to provide safer access into the park from the neighborhood and to slow traffic on Temple Ave.
Design-Builder Statements of Qualifications in review: The City has received Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from prospective Design-Build teams. SOQs are being reviewed by a Selection Committee. Next step is Request for Proposals for up to three pre-qualified Design-Build teams.
