Construction	00284	Laguna Treatment Plant Disinfection Improvements Project	Ultraviolet light (UV) is the primary disinfection process for the City of Santa Rosa's Laguna Treatment Plant (LTP). The existing system was commissioned in 1998, has reached the end of its useful life, and no longer has the treatment capacity for peak wet weather sewer flows. This project will replace the existing UV system with a new UV system. Additionally, this project will install an effluent diversion pump station and pipeline to convey effluent to the beginning of the plant for retreatment. This provides greater flexibility for operations and regulatory compliance.	2022/08	2025/12
Proposed	02217	Kawana Springs Community Park Improvements	This project will construct a new community park northeast of the Kawana Terrace and Meda Ave intersection. Improvements including accessible play equipment, site furnishings, exercise equipment, dog park, bike pump track, picnic pavilions, basketball court, restrooms, parking, landscaping, two clear span pedestrian bridges over Kawana Springs Creek and pathways with ADA compliance throughout the park.	2026/09	2027/12
Construction	02412	Hearn Community Hub - Phase 1	The City has acquired an approximately 6-acre property at 976, 980 and 1004 Hearn Avenue for the Hearn Community Hub - Fire Station, Library, Cultural Center, Aquatic Center, Dutton Avenue Extension and Multi-use path. Project funding has required the project be phased. Phase 1 will include site improvements, the Fire Station and the Multicultural Library.	2025/09	2027/12
