| Description: Phase I will upsize water and sewer mains on Alvarado Avenue and the water main on Vallejo Street between Mt. Olive Drive and Melbrook Way to meet fire flow requirements as identified in the 2014 Water Master Plan. Phase II will improve the sewer junction structure for the Crosstown and Bennett Valley Trunk mains. Two access points will be added to the junction structure to improve visual inspections and facilitate cleaning and maintenance for the entire junction structure and connecting trunk mains. | |
