| Description: The Delta Pump Station delivers pressurized reclaimed water from Delta Pond to the West College mainline. It is accessed through the SCWA flood control road on the SW side of Santa Rosa Creek. During winter storms the SCWA flood control road into Delta may be too flooded for vehicle access. This project will provide standby emergency power capabilities to the facilities, which are critical in the event of a power failure. | |
