Capital Improvement Project

April 8, 2024: Weather is breaking, and we have made progress. Both pools have received their necessary repairs. The Contractor is preparing the site grade around the pools for the new concrete deck - formwork, rebar, and slot drain installation will occur prior to the concrete pour. Diving board supports are being blasted and powder coated at an offsite shop. The Swim Center, Mechanical Building, and existing Concessions Building will be pressure washed this month. The site will continue with implementing weather protection mitigating measures. A revised schedule will be available soon.
