Capital Improvement Project

October 2024: This project has been awarded to Ghilotti Brothers. On October 14 and 15, the anticipated chip seal operation could not be achieved due to an unexpected delay from the material supplier, and because of such delay, both the Chip Seal and Slurry Seal schedules have been revised accordingly. Please refer to the revised schedules that are designated as "1a, 2b, and 3b" per below paragraph. The schedules were updated as of 10/16/2024.

Construction Schedules: The schedule is presented in 3 separate parts such that "1a_Construction_Schedule" shows the overall construction activities. "2b_Chip_Seal_Schedule" shows the first of the two-step cape seal process that requires road closure. "3b_Slurry_Seal_Schedule" shows the second of the two-step cape seal process which also requires road closure. Please check this website frequently because any change on the road closure will be published here. Please be advised to put out all waste/recycle/compost containers the night before the normal pick-up day so Recology can complete its service early in the morning and before road closure start at 8:30 am.
