Capital Improvement Project

August 2024: This project has been awarded to Ghilotti Brothers. The slated construction will start in August 2024. A total 33 curb ramps will be upgraded to the current ADA standards. Approximately 2 miles of residental streets will be cape sealed. A cape seal is a two-steps preventive pavement maintenance in which the selected pavement surface is laid with chip seal and topped with slurry seal. Once cured, all new striping will be reinstated to their original configurations. This project will last approximately 8-10 weeks.
