Los Alamos Trunk Sewer Replacement Segment 1 (Streamside Dr to Elaine Dr)

Description: This project will replace approximately 5300 linear feet of the existing Los Alamos Trunk sewer that was installed in the 1950s that is undersized and in poor condition. The new trunk sewer will be 24-inches in diameter and will generally be installed adjacent to the existing alignment. Relocation of small portions of other utilities is necessary in certain locations to create adequate separation from the proposed trunk sewer.

Construction Update Image

Spring 2023: Construction expected to start early Summer 2023. Approximately a month of night work will be required along Mission Circle and across the intersection of Mission Blvd. The remaining work will be day work. In HWY 12 there is some weekend day work required, but likely only 2 or 3 weekends.
