| Description: This proposal includes the demolition and abatement, off haul, and disposal of hazardous materials from the existing structures located at 1004, 980, 976 Hearn Avenue. This will prepare the site for the future development of a hub" which will include a fire station, community/cultural center, a public library, as well as provide for the extension of Dutton Avenue. Temporary fencing along the perimeter of all work areas will be implemented to ensure the safety and personal property of City residents are respected. | |
